Resources
In this page I will compilate resources for webmasters as well as general cool and useful stuff from the internet, such as games, writing tools or sources of information.
Browser games and fun stuff
- Bored.com: website with dozens of arcade games and a collection of literally HUNDREDS of links to other entertaining websites. Very very cool to keep yourself entertained "when you have nothing to do and the internet feels endless but somehow empty"
- Dialed.gg: simple memory, puzzles and perception games.
- Braceletbook: friendship bracelet patterns! Some have tutorial videos linked, you can save patterns you want to do, the ones you made, and share the results.
- Scarleteen: queer sex ed digital magazine! Many many articles on different topics about sex, identity and relationships.
- Webpage Archive: bypass paywalls.
- Tamaweb: digital Tamagotchi. Very fun, a surprising amount of features. More than a hundred different kinds of tamas, they can have friends, go to school, go clubbing, have a partner, get married and have 1 (one) kid that you'll then have to take care of. I got to 3 generations. You can also pick their gender and have them be whatever you want. They're also very needy and will die if you don't feed them for more than one day, and can only be resuscitated once. Thankfully, you can make saves you'll be able to load in case that happens.
- Everskies: a pixel paperdoll dress-up game/community. Looking for stuff is kind of a nightmare but if you like the more popular styles on the site you'll have a blast. POC and queer friendly! There's also a lot of kids here.
- Club Penguin Journey: play Club Penguin! Most popular fan server, has a pre-Disney buyout style.
- Flashpoint: library of thousands of web-based games, microsites and animations. You have to download it and then play the games in their browser or download the ones you want, or, if you're that excited, download the whole library. A couple of annyoing antivirus will nuke it, like Avast, so if you have that (you shouldn't, it sucks) try to get around it or switch.
Indie web resources
